Frequently Asked Questions
We have 4 subsidiaries, covering five key areas: Investment Capital, Integrated Development, Industrial Parks, Civil Construction, and Agriculture.
We are a Mozambican holding company, but we do operate outside Mozambique. One of our subsidiaries has a joint venture participation with a company in South Africa.
Yes. We successfully developed agricultural greenhouses for the Agricultural Institute of Mozambique, under a project financed by the World Bank. This is a clear example of our ability to deliver high-impact, internationally financed projects.
Our Investment Capital subsidiary operates as both a private equity fund manager and a capital dealer. We raise and manage investment funds, but we also act as a principal — buying, selling, and holding equity and debt instruments for our own account. We structure direct capital deals, provide liquidity to strategic projects, and actively trade or hold assets to generate returns. More than just allocating capital, we operate as a market participant, leveraging our balance sheet and fund structures to design, finance, and develop high-impact ventures.
Our Integrated Development subsidiary manages end‑to‑end project execution — from concept and feasibility studies to implementation and long‑term operation. We ensure every project generates both economic value and measurable social impact.
We develop industrial parks — planned zones for manufacturing, logistics, and agribusiness. These parks are designed to attract investment, create jobs, and support sustainable industrial growth in Mozambique and the region.
Yes. One of our subsidiaries specializes in civil construction, delivering infrastructure such as buildings, roads, agricultural facilities (like greenhouses), and industrial sites. This in‑house capability allows us to control quality, costs, and timelines.
Our agriculture subsidiary focuses on productive farming projects, including greenhouse development and commercial agriculture. By increasing local production and efficiency, we help improve food security, create rural jobs, and support smallholder farmers.

Absolutely. We work directly alongside the Mozambican government in a close, collaborative manner. We are members of CTA (Confederação das Associações Económicas de Moçambique) and also sit on its National Business Council (Conselho Nacional Empresarial) , the advisory body of CTA — which gives us a direct voice in shaping private sector perspectives. Every project we undertake is deliberately aligned with national development priorities, whether coordinated through APIEX or at the ministerial level. Government partnership is built into our DNA.
